The focus of this deck is to play fast efficient threats with infect and toxic to give our opponents poison counters, and to use a ton of proliferate effects, including Atraxa herself to increase the counters quickly. The proliferate also helps us take a bunch of extra turns with Magistrate's Scepter, or help us ultimate our planeswalkers quickly! The deck also takes advantage of the high number of Phyrexian creatures with Glissa and Brimaz. The mana base for this deck features a lot of rare dual lands to ensure that the taxing 4 color requirements are no issue for us.
