Vintage French lavabo wall fountain storage container pot belly style with basin fabricated in copper and brass, with a slightly hammered effect.
The top compartment for storing water comes with a push on lid with added handles to each side of the top finished with a good solid top handle on the lid, the tap mechanism is missing but you could use a piece of cork to stopper it or block it off completely.

The basin below simple in design with a very pretty small engraving of leaves to the front hangs below on a shapely solid wood backboard.
Both compartments can be removed easily from the wooden plaque and would look perfect either in the garden as a planter or in the home as a cool decoration.
Also a few nicks and bumps little twists in the copper brass here and there nothing ugly.
not tested for water 2024 leaks!
