Vintage Miracle Maid Aluminum Dutch Oven. Ready to slow roast that pork shoulder to make pulled pork. Typically these had a cast trivet. This does not but I have added a heavy trivet that was from a round pan. Is the lid handle oven safe? I tried to research, mixed results. A Dutch oven is 2024 made for slow roasting in an oven, so one would think so. One suggestion was wrapping it in aluminum foil, another was to remove the knob. Item#0822-035.
