Bees!!
I couldn't resist! I had a friend that raised bees and collected honey. Just seemed appropriate!
This Beehive measures approximately 14" x 8 1/2" wide with 11 little 2024 bees hanging below.
The little bees are approximately 3" x 2 1/2". Because I cut everything by hand with a plasma cutter, each little bee has it's own personality!
It's overall hanging length is approximately 25".
I use the strongest braided 50 lb fishing line I can find to string this wind chime.
As with all of my work, they are cut by hand with a plasma cutter, not by computer.
I use recycled mild steel. They are left natural, rusty and are not sealed.
