Book has a red cloth cover with white flowers and green details. Cover has a white discoloration spot on the lower right corner. Spine has fading / discoloration. Gilt title block is fading on the spine. Back cover is plain red and good. Eps are clean with heavy tanning. Title page is on slick paper and heavily tanned. Interior pages are moderate to heavily tanned with some chipping along a few page edges. Pages are well intact and binding is tight. Large chip out of right edge of page from pg 39-46. 3" horizonal tear on page 328. Rear eps are good.
