Shahsavan 2024 Soumak Mafrash Side Panel - Azerbaijan

This is an wonderful Shahsavan soumak mafrash side panel with wonderful natural colors. It is an original piece of a bedding bag or a cradle which were woven as multi-purpose rectangular shaped storage bags with the panels stitched together to form a rectangle. The condition is a bit worn but is usual for an antique of it's age but 2024 would make a nice display piece of an authentic antique tribal art.
