Green 2024 Vessel with Enamel lid with Leaves

This small Vessel has an enamel lid with abstract leaf forms. It is handmade on a pottery wheel, glazed and fired in my studio. The lid has been formed from copper, and enameled with leaf shapes in a light grey color. The colors are a green with black areas on the vessel, and grey, copper, and golden colors on the lid. Enamel is glass that has been fired on to the copper in a kiln. The lid fits in place with a cork. All of the work is done by me in my studio.
