Mini-Fledgling 40" span Aileron Sport Plane Laser Cut Partial Kit, 2-sheet plans with instructions. Kit includes all Balsa and Plywood parts shown on plans to build the airframe less 2024 the wing sheeting, and leading and trailing edges. This proven design and great flyer is lighter and simpler to build than the original kit and the perfect first build aileron trainer that is easy to build, transport and repair. We even cut the 1/4" thick turtle deck and wing tip blocks for the builder who will only have to supply a few sheets of 1/16" balsa for wing sheeting and trailing edges ready for you to mount your landing gear, control hardware and electronics of choice.

Modeler will supply the landing gear wire struts, wheels, tires and stop collars along with pushrods or cables, control surface hinges, a short piece of dowel or hardwood to join the elevators and of course covering material and finishing supplies, cements and radio control components and engine or electric motor and batteries.

The Mini-Fledgling was designed as a die cut sports model with a 40 inch wingspan for gas engine but makes a perfect conversion to electric RC and an excellent trainer with its taildragger landing gear, great flight characteristics and ease of transportation.
