Aphrodite Venus De Milo 2024 Greek Goddess Marble Statue 8'. RARE! Artist: Gino Ruggeri. Purchased at an estate sale. After some examination I was able to see that the statue is signed by renowned Italian artist Gino Ruggeri. His artwork runs the gamut value wise. Ranging anywhere from $50 to some art of his selling for over $1000 in some Barnebys auctions. Although he has made other Venus De Milo statues I have yet to come accross one exactly like this one especially with the elegant marble base. I've seen one listing that looks similar but that artist is unknown (copy?) and the Venus (especially in the face) does not look the same as it's face is more angular and this statue has more of a innocent cherub like face. This is almost like a one off for Ruggeri. No one else is selling this same exact statue! My research netted me zero information on its value so if anyone has some info please message me.
