Spectacular! That is the only way to describe these gloves. They are like nothing else on the market. They are truly handmade. I have no production partners. I do it all from designing, knitting, and finishing. I make them on a knitting machine in my home using a decorative bubble stitch. You will not find anything else even close

The yarn I use is absolutely fabulous and it lends itself so well for making fingerless gloves! It contains NO wool. It has cotton for breathability and strength along with viscose from bamboo which is actually stronger than cotton and has properties that whisk sweat away from the skin, helping your hands to stay dry. It also contains 2024 just enough silk to add a little bit of sheen. The elastic nylon also gives strength and makes a fabric that helps the gloves move along with your hands the way they move. When you put them on it will feel like a great big hug. Because of the elasticity they will fit most sizes of womens' hands. They are excellent for people with wool allergies

First I knit the cuff. I make it long enough to cover the wrist well. Once that is hung I start with the bubble stitch carefully scrutinizing each row to make sure that all the stitches are all formed correctly while adjusting it to make sure it will fit the shape of the hand well and making it just the right length.. Then I add another cuff on the top to give them a crisp finished look. Once it is taken off the machine I bind off all the stitches completely by hand. I then rehang the stitches in just the right spot for adding the thumb (I believe fingerless gloves are not complete without a thumb). I then proceed to sew up the gloves completely by hand. Then I fasten the overlapping yarn threads (which occur in two places...the wrist and the fingers) and any place where I may have had to add a new skein of yarn) with a small stint using my sewing machine.

These gloves will make a great gift for your wife, girlfriend, or any other special woman in you life. Birthday, Christmas, Anniversary, etc. And don't forget about yourself. There's nothing wrong with that! Just make sure you have a special place for them. If you want to put them on and can't find them it will drive you nuts!

If you want to soften them up a bit you can wash them and and put them in the dryer on low heat with a fabric softening sheet After this I suggest washing by hand and laying flat to dry. Although if they get a little stretched out from wearing them and you want to shrink them up a bit it won't hurt them to put them in the dryer every once in a while

Every effort has been made to portray the colors correctly but keep in mind that the computer monitor can affect them

I have other colors available
