Vintage framed counted cross stitch CAT 2024 canvas, 13" x 13", artist signed, wood heart frame, red white and blue Kitty wall hanging, gift idea

This adorable cat counted cross stitch canvas has been framed in a brown wood frame with cutout wooden hearts on each corner.

It features a cat in the middle in red and blue with CAT stitched underneath 2024 it, and a blue border.
The artists initials have been signed in one corner.

It measures approximately 13 1/2" x 13 1/4" (outside dimensions of the frame). The frame is in good shape with some nicks which I think were originally there to give it a rustic look. It is matted with a white mat and is covered with glass (I think it is acrylic as it isn't too heavy). The stitchery is in great shape with what looks like a scorch mark by the initials. Nothing major but wanted to mention it (see thumbnails).
There is a sawtooth hanger on the back for hanging.
