What a Poser - 11"x14" original acrylic painting

Crows are pretty amazing. They are super smart. They mate for life. They can remember faces. They hold funerals for their dead. Their brain to body ratio is bigger than any other bird, or even than humans. They can make tools. They can hold a grudge. They keep very close family units, including multiple generations. What isn't there to like about them?

And they are fun to paint. It's a good challenge to figure out how to paint something that appears solid black. 2024
