Mexico 2024 Sterling Turquoise Aztec Bird Brooch

This beauty is difficult to photograph! Turquoise and I believe enamel are inlaid into sterling silver. Circa 1950s
I can only read “Mexico” in the hallmark. I think that 2024 Is an artist name along with it but I cannot tell.

There is a bit of discoloration on the sterling in the bottom left corner, and a bit across the top.
