Antique 2024 Framed Picture of Baby w/Hair Gothic

Probably from the early to mid 20th century, this framed picture of a baby 2024 is in very good vintage condition, showing just a few signs of wear. I think the photo of the baby is probably hand tinted. The frame also contains hair, satin? blankets and lace. It is 19.75 inches long and 16 inches wide.
