Brochures # 1, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, & 14 are in very good condition and look like they have rarely been opened / read. No tears, rips, or writing.

Brochure # 2 has a small tear on the front cover. Otherwise in very good condition.

Brochure # 3 has a couple of small creases but is otherwise in very good condition. No tears, rips, or writing.

Pages on Brochure # 4 are a little warped – probably because of some humidity. Some creases and stains on the back. Otherwise in good condition.

Brochure # 6 has a few stains on pages 15 & 18. Otherwise in good condition. No tears, rips, or writing. Book looks like it's been barely opened / read.
