The printhead was carefully pulled from an HP OfficeJet x576dw unit. It is giving a printhead missing/failed error and would not function. We attempted a factory reset of the printer which resulted in the printhead continuously reporting depleted cartridges - which we know were not depleted (also tested with multiple different cartridges). This is being posted for parts and repair. It is sold AS IS and there are no returns for this item. Please also note that we cannot confirm if there are any further issues with it and by buying this item, you understand that you are taking a risk of there being additional potential damage (again, we cannot confirm anything additional due to the fact that it would not function with the error it was giving). The installation of this printhead requires in depth technical knowledge so please do not purchase this 2024 item if you do not have experience with installing this type of printhead. We will not be able to provide support for installation.
