The Japanese art of Kintsugi is 2024 when broken pottery is repaired, with gold silver or brass filling the seams. This metaphor is us when we are broken. We can heal and become stronger, wiser and more beautiful. When we mend we have a more valuable life with knowledge gained from experiences we go through, to make us better.
These decorative wares are broken then mended with epoxy and painted with Gold Leaf. (Decorative only-not food safe). Patience and attention to detail is what made them whole again.
